Thank you all so much for sticking with us this year as we fumbled our way through a new normal. We cannot express how much we appreciate our players, and how happy we are that we could still continue online, keeping connected with out community. We hope to see you all safely, hopefully very soon!

Please join us for our annual Winter Feast so that together we can celebrate community and cheer.

Here are some details about this upcoming event:

Tickets

• Non Season Pass Holders: Tickets for this event are $25, and can be purchased here: www.kanar.club/payment.
  • The first 50 ticket holders will be given a gift basket (see below)

• Season Pass Holders: If you are a SPH this event is free, and you get a complimentary gift basket!

• Vendors: If you wish to be a vendor for this event tickets are available for purchase for $10. Please know that this ticket does not grant you access to the in-game areas, and if you wish to participate as a PC you must also purchase a normal ticket. Please email feast@kanar.club for more information. A vendor ticket will give you two dedicated channels on the Discord server:
  • 1 promotional room where you may post and advertise your goods for sale
  • 1 sale room where you can chat with customers and make sales

• Tickets will be available until Saturday, February 6th at 2pm. They will not be available for purchase after that.

• Due to COVID-19, we are not taking any cash or check payments at this time.

Gift Basket

This year we will be giving away complimentary gift baskets to the first 50 people to purchase Feast tickets (season pass holders will get this for free!). Arrangements can be made to pick them up in person at a later date after Feast, or they can be shipped directly to you for a shipping fee of $10.

• The gift basket will include:
  • A 2021 Season Calendar Magnet
  • Two 2021 KGE Stickers
  • A Kanar themed 2oz bottle of hand sanitizer
  • An in-game map
  • An assortment of in-game tags and coins
  • A burlap bag that is suitable for both in and out of game use

How late can I purchase a ticket to be considered an "attendee"?

• Tickets will be available until Saturday, February 6th at 2pm. They will not be available for purchase after that.
• In order to be considered an "attendee" of the event you must have logged onto the server and been checked in by 10:55pm on Saturday, February 6th.

How do I get in?

What do I need to do before I can play?

• There's a few things that you should check off your checklist before you can start playing this weekend:

  • Make sure you have filed an ARF for 2021

  • Make sure you have paid for this event

  • Make sure you have your 2020 Membership Dues and ARF on file. If you are unsure, please contact the Treasurer.

  • Make sure that you have no outstanding balance owed to KGE for past events

  • If you are a new player, make sure you have a character sheet on file with our character book staff.

• If you have questions about any of these or are unsure if you have an outstanding balance please email the Treasurer at: treasurer@kanar.club

• If you have to reach the character book staff, email them at: cbm@kanar.club

Once I'm online, how can I ask staff out of game questions?

• There is an area on Discord you can post your OOG questions.

Can I teach/learn skills, do a sign out, or get XP?

• This event will be like our normal Feast events. As such, skill teaching/learning, sign outs, and XP will not be granted.

As a general reminder, mechanics will be off during this event.
